ORDERS, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
PAYMENT AND CURRENCY
Payment for orders made through outsidestore.ph are processed through PayMongo. Payment options are credit card (Visa and Mastercard), E-wallet (GCash, GrabPay and Maya), online banking (BPI and UnionBank) and over-the-counter (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M. Lhuillier). Orders are charged in Philippines Peso (PHP).
PACKAGING AND PACKING
Each Outside product comes in its own packaging. We try to limit the use of too much packaging materials to avoid excess waste, but we will ensure that your Outside item is safe and secured during transit. As of the moment, we do not offer any special packaging.
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Metro Manila and will be sent to you via our partner couriers. From the time of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and holidays, items will be delivered within the next 3-5 business days for those shipped within Metro Manila, and 5-10 business days for provincial orders. We ship nationwide but currently do not accommodate orders outside of the Philippines.
At Outside, we encourage a happy and balanced work schedule. Our office operates from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and government declared holidays. If you place an order in the afternoon of Friday, over the weekend, or during a public holiday, your orders shall be processed on Monday or on the next business day.
We strive to deliver your order within 3-10 business days, but we may encounter delays that may be caused by the following:
- Unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, weather disruptions, accidents, civil disturbances, pandemic and other similar circumstances
- Shipping service disruptions
- Access to delivery area
- Incomplete address indicated by customer or no one to receive the order
- Peak season, sale events and holidays
- Customization of products
- Specialized items
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS
Shipping costs are computed based on your delivery address and the size (volume and dimensions) of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship nationwide, but not internationally, at the moment.
INCORRECT ORDER
If you believe you have received an item in error, please contact Outside Philippines through email so that we can arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. You may email us at customercare@outsidestore.ph.
